Never use liquid fire starters or fuels (bioethanol, gasoline, etc.).
Check wind direction and avoid using in strong gusts that may carry embers.
Never leave the fire unattended – especially in forests or campsites.
Do not pour water to extinguish – allow it to cool naturally.
Ashes and embers can remain hot for hours – empty only when fully cooled and store in a metal container with a lid.
On wooden decks or sensitive surfaces, always use a heat-resistant mat or steel base.

Is het echt rookvrij?

Het speciale naverbrandingssysteem vermindert rook tot wel 95%. Voor het beste resultaat gebruik je droog hardhout en vul je de vuurschaal niet te vol. Bij vochtig hout of verkeerd gestookt vuur kan er nog wat rook ontstaan.

Hoe zwaar is het en is het makkelijk te verplaatsen?

De Alpha 800 weegt ongeveer 35 kg. Het is een stationair model – je kunt het verplaatsen of herschikken, maar het is niet bedoeld voor regelmatig transport zoals de kleinere modellen.

Kan het ook in de winter worden gebruikt?

Ja – de Alpha 800 is uitstekend te gebruiken tijdens koude maanden. Zorg alleen voor een stabiele ondergrond en bescherming tegen sneeuw of regen.

Kan het het hele jaar buiten blijven staan?

Ja. De Alpha 800 is weerbestendig. De Corten-versie krijgt een natuurlijke patina die het staal beschermt tegen roest. De Silver en Black versies zijn gemaakt van roestvrij staal (de zwarte versie is afgewerkt met hittebestendige lak).
Voor de beste uitstraling en een lange levensduur raden we aan om de vuurschaal onder een afdak of op een droge plek te bewaren, zodat langdurige blootstelling aan vocht wordt beperkt.

Hoe maak ik het schoon?

De Alpha 800 heeft een ruime aslade die de resten van de verbranding opvangt. In de praktijk hoef je deze maar om de paar keer te legen – veel handiger dan het opruimen van een traditioneel kampvuur.

Hoe lang geldt de garantie?

Standaard is de garantie 24 maanden. Wanneer je het product binnen 14 dagen na aankoop online registreert, wordt de garantie verlengd tot 10 jaar.
