Use only on stable, non-flammable surfaces (ground, sand, stone).
Keep a safe distance (minimum) from tents, plants, furniture, and all flammable materials.
Keep children and pets away from the fire pit.
Ensure the fire pit or its stand is securely positioned – especially on soft or uneven terrain.
Do not use indoors, under roofs, or inside vehicles.
Never use liquid fire starters or fuels (bioethanol, gasoline, etc.).
Check wind direction and avoid using in strong gusts that may carry embers.
Never leave the fire unattended – especially in forests or campsites.
Do not pour water to extinguish – allow it to cool naturally.
Ashes and embers can remain hot for hours – empty only when fully cooled and store in a metal container with a lid.
On wooden decks or sensitive surfaces, always use a heat-resistant mat or steel base.

Is de vuurschaal echt volledig rookvrij?

Het naverbrandingssysteem vermindert rook tot wel 95%. Dat betekent dat het vuur je buren ’s avonds niet stoort en je kleding niet naar rook zal ruiken.

Hoe maak ik de vuurschaal schoon van as?

Gooi eenvoudig de asresten uit de verbrandingskamer. Je kunt ook de binnenkamer losmaken om de as uit de opvanglade te verwijderen.

Zit er kookgerei in de set?

De basisset bevat geen accessoires. We raden echter aan om onze uitbreidingssets te bekijken met bijvoorbeeld een plancha, grillrooster of draagtas – zo verander je je Alpha Camp in een praktische kook- en grilloplossing voor buiten.

Hoe lang geldt de garantie?

Standaard is de garantie 24 maanden. Wanneer je het product binnen 14 dagen na aankoop online registreert, wordt de garantie verlengd tot 10 jaar.

Waar wordt het product gemaakt?

Alle producten van Masuria Wild worden volledig in Polen geproduceerd – van ontwerp en materiaalkeuze tot productie en afwerking. We hebben een eigen moderne fabriek en meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in de sector.

Hoe snel na het doven kan ik het inpakken?

De afkoeltijd hangt af van hoe intens je hebt gestookt en van de weersomstandigheden. Meestal is een paar minuten voldoende, maar controleer altijd of de vuurschaal volledig is afgekoeld voordat je hem verplaatst of inpakt.

Hoe stabiel is de vuurschaal op een oneffen ondergrond?

De verstelbare poten van de Alpha Camp zorgen voor stabiliteit op elk oppervlak – gras, zand of ongelijke grond.

Hoe zwaar is de vuurschaal en is die echt draagbaar?
