Dispatch

We dispatch directly from the manufacturer. In-stock products ordered by 10:00 ship within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday (Polish local time).

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the current dispatch time is shown on its product page. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time, which depends on the destination.

Delivery to Germany after dispatch

Parcels usually arrive within 2–3 business days, pallets within 2–4 business days. These are estimated transit times and may vary by region.

Pallet delivery: DSV (Schenker) delivers to your door, without carrying the goods inside.

You will receive an SMS and email notification of the planned pallet delivery date. You can request a change to the delivery date once.

Delivery destinations and costs

We deliver to selected destinations within the European Union. The available delivery options and final delivery cost are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before payment. The cost depends on the destination and the products ordered.

For destinations other than Germany, transit times depend on the delivery address. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm the expected delivery time.

Shipment tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Damage in transit

Please check the packaging on delivery. If you notice damage, contact us at shop@masuriawild.com and, if possible, send photos and a damage report from the carrier. These documents help us investigate; their absence does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
