The Plancha for Alpha 800 is made for those who demand more from outdoor cooking and grilling. Crafted from premium stainless steel, it stands up to high temperatures and heavy use—offering reliability for years to come.
Foldable legs make setup quick, serving convenient, and carrying the plancha from the fire to the table effortless. Two adjustable height levels let you fine-tune your cooking style and heat intensity for perfect results every time. The innovative central bowl is ideal for sauces, fondue, or any dish that needs a separate warming zone. Outstanding heat distribution ensures everything—meat, fish, veggies, or seafood—is cooked evenly and stays deliciously juicy. Let the plancha cool before cleaning. With a diameter of 61 cm, check that it fits your dishwasher with its legs folded and without blocking the spray arms. If space is insufficient, wash it by hand.
Designed to fit perfectly with the Alpha 800 smokeless fire pit, it delivers complete compatibility and ease—whether you’re hosting a family gathering or a larger outdoor event.
