Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, provided the product is in stock and does not require special logistics.
For large or made-to-order items (e.g. grills, fire pits, furniture), the processing time may be longer – in such cases, we will contact you by email to confirm details and arrange a suitable shipping date.

International Shipping
International shipping is charged according to the price listed on the product page and in the checkout.
Shipping fees do not include possible customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for covering all applicable customs or import charges as per the laws of the destination country.
Shipment Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status.
Receiving Shipments and Transport Claims
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging in the presence of the courier.
