  • Use only on stable, non-flammable surfaces (ground, sand, stone).
  • Keep a safe distance (minimum) from tents, plants, furniture, and all flammable materials.
  • Keep children and pets away from the fire pit.
  • Ensure the fire pit or its stand is securely positioned – especially on soft or uneven terrain.
  • Do not use indoors, under roofs, or inside vehicles.
  • Never use liquid fire starters or fuels (bioethanol, gasoline, etc.).
  • Check wind direction and avoid using in strong gusts that may carry embers.
  • Never leave the fire unattended – especially in forests or campsites.
  • Do not pour water to extinguish – allow it to cool naturally.
  • Ashes and embers can remain hot for hours – empty only when fully cooled and store in a metal container with a lid.
  • On wooden decks or sensitive surfaces, always use a heat-resistant mat or steel base.

Is the fire pit really completely smokeless?

The secondary combustion system reduces smoke by up to 95%. That means the fire won’t bother your neighbors at night, and your clothes won’t absorb the smell of smoke.

How do I clean out the ash?

Simply empty the remaining ash from the combustion chamber. You can also detach the inner chamber to remove ash from the ash pan if needed.

Are cooking accessories included?

The basic set does not include accessories. However, we encourage you to explore our ready-made kits with a plancha, grill grate, or carrying bag – they turn your Alpha Camp into a practical outdoor cooking and grilling setup.

How long is the warranty valid?

The standard warranty lasts 24 months. After registering your product online within 14 days of purchase, the warranty extends to 10 years.

Where is the product made?

All Masuria Wild products are made entirely in Poland – from design and material selection to production and finishing. We operate our own modern facility and have over 25 years of experience in the industry.

How soon after extinguishing can I pack it up?

Cooling time depends on how intensely you’ve been burning and on weather conditions. Usually, a few minutes is enough, but always make sure the fire pit is completely cool before moving or packing it.

How stable is the fire pit on uneven ground?

Alpha Camp features adjustable legs that allow you to level and stabilize it even on grass, sand, or uneven terrain.

How heavy is the fire pit, and is it really portable?

It weighs just under 10 kg. Thanks to the built-in handle, it’s easy to carry, though it’s best suited for transport by car, camper, or boat – rather than long walks on foot.
